This body of work is a twenty-three year photographic investigation that explores the threshold between what we build and the life that moves through it. I am interested in the conversation that unfolds where the two meet.

I am drawn to walls, windows, doors, and facades—surfaces that bear the marks of human ambition and our attempts to create order. Over time, these structures become records of another story, one revealed through peeling paint, fading images, or the traces of memory that emerge on their surfaces. What was overlooked, covered up, or forgotten quietly returns.

My work is ultimately concerned with the persistence of the sacred in unexpected places. The images suggest that what endures is not found in the forms we inherit, but in the living presence that quietly reveals itself through them. The work is an ongoing attempt to notice where that presence appears.
